Meet Wyndham Hotels and Resorts® New High-Speed Internet Access Requirements (Brand Standard 100.04.01, updated Oct. 23, 2023) with ITG Networks:
  • Bandwidth: Hotels must have a minimum bandwidth of 100Mbps, or 3Mbps per room from their ISP (whichever is greater).
  • Bandwidth Management: Solution must have per user bandwidth management in place. Per Connection Max Download = (Total Bandwidth) / (Hotel Room Count) * 10.
  • Signal Strength: A site survey must be performed by HSIA provider to help ensure all guest, meeting, and public areas have a signal strength greater than -65 db.
