DESCRIPTION:  Specializing in visitor-based networks in the hospitality industry, ITG provides High-Speed Internet Access (HSIA) and Phone System (PBX) solutions for Hotels, Resorts, Condominium, and Public Venues.  ITG offers a turnkey solution by combining 24X7 end-user support with scalable networking solutions that take advantage of traditional data cable, existing telephone wire, or wireless technology.  Strategic Partners Include: Mitel Networks, Cisco Systems, SMC Networks, Zhone Technologies, IP3 Networks, etc.

ITG is looking for talented and energetic people to grow with us.  To accommodate this growth, we are looking for a candidate to manage a sales territory for the Mid-Atlantic Region.  The Account Executive will work from his or her home and report back to the Sales Manager at our corporate office in Wexford, Pennsylvania.

 

Mid-Atlantic Region:  DC, DE, MD, NC, VA, TN, NJ

 

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for obtaining new accounts and managing relationships with existing accounts.  Including following up on existing leads, cold calling, performing on-site surveys, consulting, and presenting proposals to potential clients.  Regional travel is expected with some overnight.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

 

q       Soliciting potential customers

q       Following up on all new leads, pending proposals, etc.

q       Performing On-Site Surveys

q       Working with ITG Engineer to prepare and initiate sales proposals

q       Working closely with Engineering and Project Manager to ensure that projects are built on a timely basis

q       Prepares and forwards various sales pipeline reports to Manager


Requirements
Consultative sales experience is required.  The ideal background might include: Telecom, Data, Network, Wireless, or other technology-based sales.  Hospitality Industry sales experience a plus.  Candidate must have strong analytical skills and be PC literate with Excel, Power Point, Proposal Preparation, etc.  Knowledge of guest network technology including IP PBX, PMS, Radius, VoD, is a plus.
 
Earnings potential $60-80K+ per year

Expected Travel: 25%
